Full day tour to West and East Bank in Luxor

Full day tour from 08:00 a.m till 03:00 p.m

Early in morning our  tour guide will escort you from your hotel to visit the archaeological sites of the ancient Egyptians on the West Bank of the Nile including (Valley of the Kings) where you will discover the well preserved tombs affiliated with the kings of the new kingdom. This will include the great ruler Ramses II and the child King Tut Ankh Amon.

The Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut it’s called “the Holy of Holies”. It is one the incomparable architectural structures noted. This Temple consist of three levels combine together by ramps. There are different scenes on the walls depicting the divine birth of the Queen and her commercial voyage to Punt Land. The temple is mainly dedicated to worship the supreme god Amon-Ra, and the 2 Colossi of Memnun which are two massive statues representing King Amenhotep III in a seating Position.

After noon cross the Nile river too visit the two Massive Temples on the Eastern Bank of the Nile.

First off is Karnak Temple this complex consist of a monumental mixture of decayed Temples, Chapels an the Eastern Bank of the Nile.

Our Second Temple on this tour is The Luxor Temple which is believed to have housed one of the ancient Egyptian festivals. This festival is believed to have been held inside the temple there are different spectacular scenes on the walls exhibiting the celebration of the festival.

Its interior section was built by King Amenhotep III, while the exterior section was built by King Ramses II. After entering the temple you will find a mosque called (Abu Al-Haggag) which was constructed in the ruins of a church which was built inside the Temple. To the posterior of the temple there are chapels constructed by King Thutmosis III and Alexander.

Both The Great Temple of Karnak and The Luxor Temple have extensive Egyptian History. Enjoy!
